ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to
escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before
the Son of man. Luke
21:36
We should be following the Bible's advise to be constantly and
faithfully watching for the Rapture and to pray that we may be
accounted worthy to escape the time of tribulation that will follow the
Rapture. To fulfill this command to watch, stay current, and be
encouraged by others, consider daily reading and becoming a part of a

End of Age
Watch
...And
remember, I am with you always, to the end
of the age. - Matthew
28:20
NRSV
That
in the ages to come he might
shew the exceeding riches of his grace
in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:7
Which in other ages was not made known unto
the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and
prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of
the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the
gospel: Ephesians 3:5-6
Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations,
but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make
known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the
Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Colossians 1:26
Have you wondered when this
current age, the Church Age, the Dispensation of Grace, the Fullness of
the Gentiles, the Times of the Gentiles, will end? If we knew
when it started and how long it was supposed to last, we could figure
out when it would end. We are told over and over again how long
the age after the current
age will be:
And he laid hold on the dragon, that
old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him
into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that
he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled:
and after that he mu st be loosed a little season. And I
saw
thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and
I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus,
and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast,
neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads,
or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest
of the dead lived not again until the thousand
years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on
such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God
and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan
shall be loosed out of his prison, Revelation 20:2-7
But how long is this age till Jesus comes back to earth to set up His
earthly kingdom and bind Satan a thousand years? The most common
belief appears to be
2000 years, (twice the length of the next age). Is that solar or
360-day years? When did this
current age start? A very popular
belief is the Pentecost long ago when the Holy Spirit fell
upon the followers, when the Church is said to have been born. So
this gives a maximum date of around September 23, 2034, using solar
years and Isaac Newton's 34 AD Pentecost date. There is also a
well documented story of Vincent Tan's encounter with an Angel where
the Angel left $2.34. This $2.34 could indicate the year of the
end of this age, (with 0 not shown as it is just a placeholder), as in
2034. But there
are many other closer possibilities that should be examined and
watched. The book, Passion, Power & Glory, (published in 2004
and free as an ebook in the link above), explores one of
the strongest
possibilities, September 23, 2015 which is the Day of Atonement, Yom
Kippur, the Holiest day of the year on the Jewish calendar.
Finding out when the current age is most likely to end allows one to
count backward 42 months (of 30 days) for a total of 1260 days to when
the reign of the beast
will begin, commonly called the "great tribulation". Counting
back 1260 days from September 23, 2015 brings us to 4/11/2012.
The majority opinion currently is that there will be another period of
42 months (of 30 days) before the beginning of the reign of the beast
to make a total tribulation period of 7 years (of 360 days).
Counting back another 1260 days from 4/11/2012 for a total of 7 360-day
years brings us to 10/29/2008. One should then expect the Rapture
to be on or before this date. However, the majority may be off 30
days in that the tribulation starts on 9/29/2008 with the rapture on
10/29/2008 to fulfill II Thessalonians 2:3 which speaks of the day of
the Lord, taken as being the Rapture happening after the man of
lawlessness being revealed.
If one uses the current Jewish calendar, 10/29/2008 is Tishri 30, the
last day of the first month of the civil calendar or around the time of
the new moon. If this were the actual Tishri 1, Rosh Hashana,
there is a fitting analogy of there being 10 days of tribulation on the
calendar from Tishri 1 to Tishri 10 which encompasses the "tribulation
period". In fact, these days are known to the Jews as the "ten
days of awe". And considering time from the perspective of the
Universe instead of the Sun, known as the "precession of the
equinoxes", in around 2000 years from the time of Christ, the
"Universe" perspective would be one month ahead of the "Solar"
perspective.
The Bible speaks in fact of having "tribulation ten days", not "7
years":
Fear none of those things which thou
shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison,
that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou
faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Revelation 2:10
This all neatly fits together.
While one could equate the 10 days of tribulation with 10 solar or even
360-day years, there is no biblical precedent for doing this.
However, consider that each day is the same as the period of man, (in
the womb). That period is usually taken as 40 weeks or
significantly exactly 10 times the period of 4 weeks when man is not in
the womb. Also note that from Tishri 1 to Tishri 10 is
counted as 10 days inclusively, but is only 9 days actually from the
end of Tishri 1 to the beginning of Tishri 10, (10 - 1 = 9). So
taking 40 weeks times 7 days per week times 9 equals 2520 days.
This 2520 days is the same as 7 360-day years or 1260 days plus 1260
days.
To get back to Rosh Hashana, Tishri 1, on the current Hebrew Calendar,
which is September 30th in 2008,
one needs to subtract 29 days from October 29th or right at one lunar
month.
September 11, 2001: The
day the Twin Towers in New York City was attacked was seen as a pivotal
moment in History. This was Elul 23 on the Hebrew calendar.
If this was our warning that we would have seven prosperous years to
prepare for seven years filled with tribulation to follow in a direct
analogy of Joseph in Egypt. Adding 7 Jewish calendar years to
Elul 23 in 2001 brings us to September 23, 2008. And adding 7
Gentile calendar years to September 23, 2008 brings us to September 23,
2015.
777: The book of
Revelation is built around the number 7. Six sevens or 42 is for
many reasons as revealed in the book
Arithmetic
of God, symbolic of the Second coming of Jesus
Christ. Back around 2001,
this site had posted http://www.endofage.com/chronology.html under the title Meaning? how 930 is the Hebrew
numberical representation of the word shalom or peace, while 375 was
the numberical representation of the word for Shalomah or
Solomon. The difference is 555 which could represent when the
antichrist, represented as a son of Solomon, not Nathan, as a son of
David, takes peace from the Earth. But what if we subtract
777? We
already know that 777 is the Hebrew numerical representation of the
word cross. Well 930 (peace) - 777 (cross) = 153, which is often
called the Jesus number. For one reason, the phrase
in Hebrew in the Old Testament, "my Son is the God"
has a numerical representation equal to 153. This phrase occurs
exactly 7 times in the Old Testament. In
other words, 777 (cross) + 153 (my Son is the God) = 930 (peace).
For those not familiar with the number 153 which some have said is the
most unique of all numbers, see James Harrison's "The Pattern & The
Prophecy". In addition, 153 is a triangle number, (all
numbers from one to 17 added together), a supertriangle number (all the
factorials from 1 to 5! equal 153, and all numbers divisible by 3,
which means exactly one third of all numbers, as in one third of the
remnant, when the digits that make them up are cubed and then added
together, repeatedly, will end up at the number 153. And the
number 153 = 1^3 + 5^3 + 3^3 = 1 + 125 + 27 = 153. Most
people are only aware of the following mention of 153 in the Bible:
Simon Peter went up, and drew the net
to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for
all there were so many, yet was not the net broken. John 21:11
Sign of
Noah: Four signs are given in the sign of Noah:
But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man
be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day
that Noe entered into the ark,
Matthew 24:37-38
All tie in with what happens at a wedding. How appropriate
to give the one sign of the rapture, the sign of Noah, in terms of
marriage. What better way to describe the rapture and the
marriage supper of the lamb? How better to tie in the story of
the 10 virgins invited to the marriage supper:
And while they went to buy,
the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the
marriage: and the door was shut. Matthew 25:10
For the
Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and
gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and
commanded the porter to watch. Mark 13:34
May I be found a faithful porter.
