Chronology

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Romans 8:14  The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.  Romans 8:19 (NIV)  Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. Romans 8:23 (NIV)  Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.  Luke 20:36  ...that Jesus would die for the Jewish nation, and not only so for that nation but also for the scattered children of God, to bring them together and make them one.  John 11:51-52 (NIV)  (The phrases "sons of God" and "children of God" together are found 20 times throughout the KJ Bible.  Likewise "redemption" is found 20 times in the KJ Bible.  Look for yourself.  In addition, the referenced book "Arithmetic of God" also connects the number 20 with redemption.  April 20?)

The term "End of Age" actually has two different meanings - one is the end of this current age that we live in, commonly referred to as the Church Age or the Age of the Gentiles. The Gentile Age started when the Jews rejected Jesus as their king after He rode into Jerusalem on the back of a donkey.

Sir Robert Anderson's classic groundbreaking work on the book of Daniel called "The Coming Prince" (1895) puts this date at April 6, (now A.D. 32), Julian with Jesus's crucifixion on the following Friday per tradition and the then understanding of the word "sabbath".  This would have been in fulfillment of 69 weeks of Daniels 70 week prophecy.  Current calculated calendars are available such as:

These show April 6, (Julian) as a Sunday which would make April 11th (Julian) a Friday corresponding to Nisan 11 on the current back-calculated Hebrew calendar.  However, His crucifixion was on Nisan 14, the day before Nisan 15, Passover.  We are three days behind the calculated calendar which can be two days behind the observed because of the postponement rules for keeping Passover from falling on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.  And with the assumed Friday crucifixion we are two days from the Wednesday crucifixion required by the Sign of Jonah making a total of 7 days.  Which all of these factors can be reconciled by moving forward one week to April 13th (Julian) for His triumphal entry and April 16th (Julian), April 14th, 32 AD (Gregorian), for His crucifixion.

The Gaussian algorithm for calculating the first day of the Jewish Passover feast (15 Nisan) is equivalent with the method currently employed in the rabbinic (or cyclic) Jewish calendar, which according to tradition was introduced by Hillel the Patriarch (Hillel II) in AD 358/359 (AM 4119).   However, there is ample evidence (cf. Stern, 2001) that up to the 10th century AD several Jewish calendars existed simultaneously and textual evidence suggests that some of the underlying parameters and postponement rules currently employed in the rabbinic Jewish calendar were not introduced before the mid-9th century AD.

In the fourth century, Hillel II established a fixed calendar based on mathematical and astronomical calculations. This calendar, still in use, standardized the length of months and the addition of months over the course of a 19 year cycle, so that the lunar calendar realigns with the solar years. Adar II is added in the 3rd, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th and 19th years of the cycle. The current cycle began in Jewish year 5758 (the year that began October 2, 1997).

Calculating the Jewish day oneself using the current observed is just a matter of dividing a day count by the number of days in a moon cycle which is 29.530588 one comes up with Nisan 10 as being a Saturday, that being April 10, 32 AD Gregorian and April 12th Roman.  So based on the best available evidence that would place Jesus triumphal entry on Sunday, Nisan 11, April 13th Roman, April 11, 32 AD extrapolated Gregorian, Julian Day Count = 1732848.5.  That would also place His crucifixion on Wednesday, Nisan 14, and His resurrection on Sunday, Nisan 18, April 20th Roman, April 18, 32 AD extrapolated Gregorian.

There has been some confusion reconciling various days of the week with Scripture.  For example Jesus had to be taken off the cross before sundown:

The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.  John 19:31

So all the service of the LORD was prepared the same day, to keep the passover, and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king Josiah.II Chronicles 35:16

Jesus, the Lamb of God, was sacrificed for the sins of the world on "preparation day", the same day lambs were prepared, in other words slaughtered or killed, throughout Israel to keep the coming Passover that would begin at sundown.  Their doors to their houses would have the blood of the lambs applied to them to protect them from death in rememberance of the first Passover.  The word "Sabbath" means "day of rest".  It does not mean the 6th day of the week although this was a day of rest.  Likewise, all Holy days such as Passover were High days of rest.  Passover is an 8-day celebration.  However only the first two days and the last two days are full Holy Days.

Jesus would have been put taken down from the cross right before sunset on Wednesday and buried probably around midnight.  He would have been in the ground that night and then the next day (Passover - 1/2 Wed night, Thur day), and the following night and the next day (Day after Passover, still a High day of rest - Thur night, Fri day), and the following night and the next day (Saturday Sabbath - Fri night, Sat day).  Then 1/2 of Sat night.  (As the Romans measured 24-hour days starting at midnight that didn't distinguish nights this would have been all of Thur, Fri, and Sat.) This was three nights and three days to fulfill the sign of Jonah.

For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.  Matthew 12:40

Sunday, the first day of the week, starts at sundown on Saturday for the Jew.  This would be the first non-Sabbath day since Wednesday before sunset.  Jesus would have arose from the dead at midnight, the start of Sunday morning, around the same time that he was laid in the grave the previous Wednesday evening to exactly fulfill three nights and three days.  Mary Magdelene, after sundown, anxious to anoint the body with spices and ointments as soon as the Sabbaths had passed, on the first day of the week not waiting for daylight, then found the grave empty.

The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.  John 19:31

In the Roman calendars of the day then His triumphal entry would be Sunday, April 13th and his resurrection would be Sunday, April 20th.  In the calendars of today, this would have been respectively Sunday, April 11th, 32 AD and Sunday, April 18th, 32 AD. 

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.  Luke 21:42

This prophecy was fulfilled in 70 AD in one way at the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple as it burned from Av 9 to Av 16 on the Jewish Calendar.  From this verse we know the lower bounds of how long a generation shall live.  From the Exodus we know that a generation was not counted until they were around 19 and apparently 2 times or around 38 years after that was the length it took for that generation to perish in the wilderness.  Confirmation of the around 38 years from 32 AD to 70 AD.

And the space in which we came from Kadeshbarnea, until we were come over the brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD sware unto them.  Deuteronomy 2:14

In my opinion, one hundred of these around 19 year generations to generations could define one Age.

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Isaiah 66:8

The Gentile Age, although not the End of the Age before the Millennium, in some peoples minds ended when the modern nation of Israel was born in a day as fortold in Isaiah 66:8 on May 14/15, 1948.  "Who had heard of such a thing happening before?"  From the Spring Equinox in 32 AD to the Jewish New Year in 1948 which was on October 4, 1948 works out to exactly 100,000 weeks.

So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.  Psalms 90:12

The Times of the Gentiles can be said to have been fulfilled at just under a generation after May 14/15, 1948 (in other words just under 1000 weeks) when Jerusalem was no longer trodden under foot by the Gentiles following the 6 day war on June 7, 1967.

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.Luke 21:24

However, Jerusalem after June 7, 1967 is still a divided city.  The temple mount is still controlled by the Arabs.  Israel does not have dominion over the entire city.  Jerusalem is still trodden down by the Gentiles.  We have seen only a type.

The other meaning of "End of Age" is the end of aging or growing old.  This can only happen after we have inherited our resurrection bodies.  This is the physical meaning.  I do not wish that you be ignorant of these thing but I also wish that you not be swayed by every wind of doctrine that comes along.  Therefore, search the scriptures and pray without ceasing.  But be convinced of the following based on the Holy Scriptures:

Commanded to watch with a very severe penalty for disobedience, namely going through the worst time of human history.For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Matt. 24:21

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.Luke 21:36

Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.  Rev. 3:3

Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. Matt. 24:42

Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. Matt. 25:13

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.  Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. Read the 5 Doves posts referenced at the top of the screen.  Watch for exact wordings in the Bible such as it doesn't say "makes" the covenant but "confirms" the covenant.  And it doesn't say "till one generation has gone by" but "till one generation has passed away".  Know the signs of the times.  Time Israel was reborn in a day (5/14/48)  Start of first Jewish year after Israel reborn, (10/4/48, Tishri 1).  Time when Jerusalem was reunified with Israel (6/7/67).  Time of Jewish Peace Treaty Oslo Accord, signed (9/13/93) and agreed to by Israel (9/16/93, Tishri 1).  Time of Jewish confirming of Jewish Peace Treaty at Wye River agreed to by Israel (11/11/98). How long is a "time" or a prophetic year? (Daniel & Revelations both seems to reveal 360 days)  How long is a year? (365.242199 days)  How long is a lunar month?  (29.530588 days)  How long is a prophetic month?  (Revelations seems to reveal 30 days).  How long is a "generation"? (1000 weeks or 1000 weeks minus 2 days or 39 prophetic years or 40 calendar years or 49 prophetic years?)  How long till a generation passes away (dies)? (2000 weeks or 40 years?)  How long is an "age"? (2000 years, prophetic or otherwise?).  How long is a Jubilee (50 Jewish years).  How long is the counting of the omer? Much has been written on the tribulation but I think one of the major events is that the AntiChrist, which had been restrained till the Bride of Christ had been taken out of the way, will be revealed.  I had a personal experience which was a mental picture that was in color one morning in early May 2000, very likely May 5, 2000 while awaking.  I have since searched the scriptures to where I believe that whether the picture was from God or my imagination, it matches up with scripture and can be relayed.

There was a wall of deep rich crimson color.  Suspended away from this wall with no visible means of support were three-dimensional letters making up the word 'SOLOMON'.  The three dimensional letters were composed of solid gold serpents or snakes.  They were clearly engraved with scales and the tails came to blunt points while the heads were fashioned wider than the rest of the body with eyes jutting out on top and mouth closed.  The head was likewise engraved to show scales and the eyes with the indentions being a darker color than the rest of the gold. The gold was not shiny.  Likewise the snakes that made up the O's did not meet at the top of the O but the snakes head met the left side of the O almost the middle of the way down.  This made the O's instead appear as 6's.

I searched the Hebrew number of the Hebrew name "Solomon" since that was what was suggested to me by the mental picture and found the following:

Solomon – number of his name is 375 in Hebrew
(sheen+lamed+mem+he=300+30+40+5=375)
Solomon is derived from the word Peace by adding an h in Hebrew
Peace – number of Salem or Shalom is 930 in Hebrew
(sheen+lamed+mem(final) = 300+39+600=930)

It struck me as unusual that adding the h, which often represents the Breath of God or the Holy Spirit such as when the letter h was added to make the names Abraham and Sarah from Abram and Sarai, decreased the numerical meaning by 555.

Now since significance can be attached to the numbers 222 (Israel Reborn), 333 (Jerusalem Restored), 444 (Damascus Destroyed), 666 (Antichrist Worshiped), 777 (Cross - Day of Judgement), and 888 (Jesus Reigns), that left 555 for which I have seen no explanation expounded.  Now the number of the word "bride" is 55 as recently brought up on 5 Doves site June 2000 posting.  I would like to postulate that the meaning of 555 is the Great Escape of the Bride of Jesus Christ or Bride Snatch.  Taking away the Bride (555) will take Peace (930) from the earth and leave either the son of Solomon (375) or an antichrist having the spirit of Solomon, or even if that were possible, the incarnation of Solomon.  In any regard the antichrist appears destined to having the wisdom of Solomon to be able to fool even the elect, if that were possible.

That left me to ponder that Jesus Christ, although required by sacred Scripture to be a son of David could not or would not be a son of Solomon.  Matthew shows Jesus' legal lineage through his step-father Joseph which goes through Solomon.  However, Luke shows his true human lineage through his mother Mary which shows Jesus as a son of David but not a son of Solomon.

There is a book called "The Pattern & the Prophecy" by James Harrison which reveals how to reduce numbers by something called the trinity factor which is done by taking the component integers of any number, cubing them, and adding them back together.  For those not familiar with this reduction function take for example the number of fish caught in John 21:11"Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.". Turns out that taking the number 153 and reducing it like 1^3 + 5^3 + 3^3 = 1 + 125 + 27 gives back the same number 153.  Also turns out that applying this reduction function repeatedly to all the known numbers in the universe, and this has been proved mathematically, exactly 1/3rd of the numbers reduce to 153.  We are called to be fishers of men and both Jew and Christian use the fish as their symbol and 1/3rd of the angels fell.  Makes one think but I digress but you can see where I am going.  Reducing the number 555 by the trinity function = 3 * 5^3 = 3 * 125 = 375 = number of Solomon.

Biblical linking of Solomon with 666 and therefore the AntiChrist can be found in I Kings 10:14 which states that 666 was the weight of gold in talents Solomon received yearly.  Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred threescore and six talents of gold,  I Kings 10:14.  For further commentary on Solomon's "tragic figure of apostasy" and for me, confirmation, see either "The Pattern & the Prophecy" by James Harrison or "Cosmic Codes" by Chuck Missler.
